Shelina Baxter is a passionate minister, encourager, and visionary from Marianna, Florida. She has been faithfully ministering the gospel since 2008, carrying a deep burden to see the broken healed and lives transformed by the power of God. Her calling led her to found Hurting People Overcoming Strongholds, an outreach ministry dedicated to walking with individuals as they confront and overcome the pain of their past.
In February 2025, God birthed a new vision in Shelina’s heart, Scarlet Grace—a ministry born from her own journey of healing and surrender. Scarlet Grace exists to create a safe, Spirit-led space where women who’ve experienced abuse, rejection, depression, or emotional trauma can encounter the redemptive love of God, begin their healing journey, and rise into their identity with purpose and grace.
Her life’s mission is rooted in the belief that no pain is wasted in the hands of God. Through Scarlet Grace, she envisions a community of women who are no longer defined by their past, but empowered by grace, walking boldly in healing, wholeness, and divine purpose.
Shelina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Crime Scene Investigation with a minor in Business, and has always been drawn to the idea of helping others, even from a young age. Her passion is to be a vessel of hope and strength for those battling emotional strongholds, offering not just encouragement, but practical and spiritual guidance to help them move forward in faith.
